Clonmore’s new trainer, Alan Callinan, presents the Senior Player of the Year Award to Jamie Doyle. This is a fitting reward for Jamie’s ongoing commitment and dedication to the club not to mention his outstanding ability on the field where his left foot is one of the most accurate in the county. Jamie has battled back from serious injuries, including a broken leg, and his positive attitude and commitment to training is an example to all.

Ever presents Tom & Lily Purser enjoying themselves at the 2003 Dinner Dance. Lily was presented with a bouquet of flowers in recognition of the great work she does, year in year out, looking after the clubs many sets of jerseys. Lily makes sure that the Clonmore teams always look their best – a job she has been doing for many years now and always with a smile. This kind of voluntary work is often taken for granted but without it no club could survive and Clonmore GFC is very lucky to have Lily. Lily’s brothers Des and Tony (Kelly) also gave great service to Clonmore as players and Tony continues to hurl for Kiltegan.
